How the H5Radar works?

It looks like a regular radar, divided into four areas: technologies, tools, platforms, languages & frameworks. From the center to the periphery of the Radar there are four circles:

Adopt – technologies and tools that are implemented and are actively used. Technologies with expertise.
Trial - technologies and tools that have already passed the testing stage and are preparing to work in production.
Assets — trial technologies and tools that are currently being evaluated. With their participation, only test projects are implemented, and they are not used in real tasks.
Hold — we have expertise in this category, but the mentioned tools are used only with for the support of existing systems. New projects are not launched on them.

Use-cases that we solve

As software engineer I want to see technologies, frameworks, programming languages that are used in my organization.
As architect I want to see the accepted target landscape in our organization and the deviations from it. This information should be dynamic on the current moment and can be used architectural supervision.
As a manager, I can control resources and competencies. To do this, I need to see which technologies, frameworks and languages are used in which projects. This information will help me plan, for example, in-demand training in order to cover the resource needs of the company.
